On Sunday September 10, 2017, Hurricane Irma struck our Bella Terra Condominium in Estero, Florida. My wife Susan and I have our primary residence on Long Island in New York. We were informed our roof suffered damage. The roof vents were torn off and the high winds and rain sent water throughout several areas of our ceilings and walls. We had only just finished renovating and decorating our place two months prior to the storm. Without knowing what to do and the shock wearing off by Tuesday morning, I went online retrieving the Bella Terra Newsletter where I found Topliff Painting advertised. I called the number listed and spoke to the owner Jack Topliff. I can't tell you how Jack went out of his way to meet our friend on Tuesday who had the key to our condo and took time to inspect the damage. We were expecting the place to be destroyed. Jack informed us the damage was manageable. We set a date to arrive within a week. Even before we arrived, Jack along with his sons Mike and expert craftsman Rob began the repairs. We had never met Jack nor ever spoke previously and he along with his crew went to work with just our word and bond we had for him to help us and our guarantee to cover his costs. Once we arrived we saw the beginnings of what we felt would be 100% restored to the condo's original condition. The expertise of Mike and Rob was amazing, specifically matching the texture that had to be removed to repair the sheetrock. They treated the sheetrock with mildew side spray and seal it with stain blocker. Mike and Rob were able to pick up the exact paint we previously used to match perfectly. The time and patience of Mike and Rob and detail for perfection with their work along with Jack's desire to help his fellowman is why I have written this review, and my first ever, for others to know you can trust 100% Topliff Painting. No one could have been better to Susan and I than Jack himself along with Mike and Rob. We are indebted to you all. Jack and his team recently completed several projects for our home remodel including an update of our kitchen cabinets (painted, soft close hinges and crown molding added), painting of 6 rooms and entry way and building and painting of a beautiful living room accent wall. Jack was involved with these projects throughout the entire process and paid meticulous attention to detail. He believes in doing things the right way as does his team. I would highly recommend Topliff Painting for your kitchen cabinets, painting or decorative wall projects!
